Nope. We’ll handle minor drywall and plaster repairs, including fixing any nicks, holes, blemishes, or marks found on surfaces that will be painted. Holes are filled and sanded, cracks are thoroughly scraped out, filled and sanded; water stains or marks are sealed before painting; and built-up dirt and grease is cleaned.
We also check the caulking around all windows and frames, crown molding, chair rails, etc. and recaulk as necessary with our elastomeric caulking to ensure minimal shrinkage through seasonal weather change. Told you we’re a one-stop shop😉.
